Please note the following rule!

If an appointment cannot be kept, please let me know by AT LATEST a day before appointement AND offer a Alternative date for the cancelled appointement..

For appointments cancelled on the same day, regardless of the reason, (also with long-distance treatments e.g. Reiki), a Cancellation fee in full the corresponding or agreed tariff will be charged. This also applies when NOT showing up.
